You now have two options to open your e-Postbox. Until now, authentication was only possible on site at your insurance company. With the Selfie-Ident from Nect, you can now identify yourself online for the ePostbox conveniently and regardless of location. So, get out your Persos and register quickly ;)
Online-Ident is a procedure with which you can identify yourself online with your identity card. This procedure is considered to be a secure way to verify yourself online and is provided for the VGH insurances as Selfie-Ident by Nect.
The online ID procedure of the VGH Insurance Group is the Selfie-Ident. After registering in your e-Mailbox, you will be asked to verify yourself and redirected to Nect. First you record a short video of yourself and then film your ID. After successful identification, you will be redirected back to your ePostbox. Simple, fast and uncomplicated. With the ePostbox, you receive the documents of the VGH Insurance Group securely and digitally after identification and save yourself the trouble of filing them. Of course, you can also use all the other functionalities of fileee and thus save time with the paperwork in connection with other companies.
