CONTACTLESS VISITOR REGISTRATION

In the current Corona situation, many businesses have to keep contact forms for visitor registration. This includes businesses in the catering industry such as restaurants, cafes, bars and snack bars, service providers such as hairdressers, therapy and beauty services, but also public institutions and the event industry. Currently, this is usually done with forms that have to be distributed to the guests and collected again. In addition, the pens have to be disinfected and all completed forms have to be safely archived. This is an additional effort for everyday operations that should not be underestimated.

If you have to present your contact list at the request of the authorities, you can easily export it as a PDF and send it on or present it directly. All data in the list is stored for the duration of the legal retention period and can then be securely deleted by you in accordance with data protection regulations. How does the digital attendance form work?

With the digital attendance form, you can easily and securely record customer data. First, your customers simply scan a QR code from a notice board that you can configure individually. The customers can then enter their personal data quickly, conveniently and securely via the digital form. Important data such as date and time are already pre-filled. All data is then securely stored in your fileee account - visible only to you. The form is specially adapted to the legal requirements for contact forms for the containment of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19 / Coronavirus). In case of a possible contact tracing, you can easily export the data with a few clicks and hand it over to the authorities.
