** fileee sponsored by means that your company and your customers receive fileee accounts at a lower price. In the application, your company will then appear as a "Sponsored by" partner. With fileee, documents can be managed and shared digitally.
*** With the fileee Enterprise unlimited plan, you have unlimited communication with your customers. You also receive inclusive volumes for PRIME modules such as document dispatch and forms. The inclusive volumes are calculated in such a way that B2C companies can communicate with their customers and companies with their employees with fileee Enterprise unlimited. For usage exceeding the inclusive volume, you will receive favourable graduated prices.

You receive the fileee Enterprise Setup when you book a 12-month UNLIMITED plan. The fileee Enterprise Setup package includes up to 5 person days for setup, training and initial configuration. We will be happy to discuss the details with you individually.

What is a Service SDK?

Using a service SDK, you can also integrate the fileee services on your own websites or in your own apps. This way you can easily extend your existing systems with new communication functionalities from fileee and create a successful omnichannel experience for your customers.

What is the value-added programme "fileee sponsored by"?

With the value-added programme "fileee sponsored by" you can give away the premium version of fileee Consumer to your customers or offer it at a reduced price. You can find more information about fileee PREMIUM at fileee.com/premium. A soft branding appears for your customers when they open the fileee applications, you gain presence and offer your customer an additional added value to increase satisfaction and customer loyalty.

What is a fileeeBox?

The fileeeBox is an intelligent, optional accessory for fileee Consumer or fileee Enterprise and allows easy scanning and archiving of analogue documents. Are individual features also developed?

Can I cancel an annual subscription before it expires?

No. An annual subscription is always valid for one year and can only be terminated at the end of the term subject to the period of notice.

What happens if I invite more users to fileee Enterprise
than my plan allows?

With Enterprise PRIME and Enterprise UNLIMITED you pay for a maximum number of users. If this is exceeded, you are automatically upgraded to the next higher tariff.

Do I necessarily need a ThinkOwl account?

In the feature section on the fileee Enterprise page, you will find the ThinkOwl logo among the features for which a ThinkOwl workstation is useful or necessary. The ThinkOwl is an AI-based service desk that supports the fileee Enterprise features in addition to comprehensive functionalities for customer support. The ThinkOwl SILVER plan is particularly recommended for easy account management of fileee Enterprise by your employees. With the other ThinkOwl plans, for example, a third-party system connection and the setting up of automated processes is possible. Therefore, test ThinkOwl in parallel with fileee Enterprise (you can then use the Enterprise Editor in ThinkOwl) and feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions.

fileee Enterprise is the simple tool to digitise your customer and employee interfaces using the fileee Conversations created. ThinkOwl allows your employees to interact with customers via fileee Conversations and also simplifies the management of your fileee Enterprise account.
