The fileee private rates are not allowed for business use! If you use a fileee private tariff for business, you must change your account. IMPORTANT is that you cannot return from a business account to a private account. Alternatively, you can create a new fileee account with a business email address.

No. Different terms and conditions apply to business and private accounts. The use of a private account for business purposes is therefore not permitted. Especially for this purpose, we offer additional functions in the business tariffs that make working with fileee in a business context even easier.

Yes, we ourselves are also eagerly waiting to finally provide the Family Plan. Unfortunately, we still have to ask you for a little patience. However, you can still easily start with your family in the BASIC or SMART plan - in one joint account or even with two accounts. We will provide an easy transition, so there is no need to wait.
