You already have a scanner and want to add many documents to fileee? No problem! Simply use your scanner with fileee via the Scan2Mail function and send the scans directly from the device to your fileee email address. Alternatively, you can also redirect via a connected cloud service.

On your smartphone or tablet, you can scan documents directly via the app or import them into fileee via the system function. You can also easily upload documents to fileee on your desktop - even using drag & drop.

When you register with fileee, you will automatically receive an individual fileee email address, which you will find in your profile. You or third parties can send documents to this email address at any time, which will be automatically added to fileee.

Connect other email inboxes to fileee and forward emails to fileee to add documents and attachments to your account. With automatic forwarding, you can also automatically add email invoices to fileee - without a lot of work.

With fileee Spaces, you can share documents with friends, family or third parties and receive them from them - digitally and legally secure. The integrated chat function keeps everyone up to date. For example, you can easily forward relevant documents to your tax advisor and avoid the insecure sending of documents by e-mail.

Connect your cloud storage services to fileee and have all your documents imported into fileee and stored automatically. Use the cloud storage services as an interface for connecting many other services and import documents from other apps and services easily and automatically.
Tip: The number of possible connections depends on your tariff. With SMART, for example, you can connect up to four services.

With the fileee Appstore and the fileee partners, you receive all documents from other services or from affiliated companies directly in fileee.

fileee analyzes your documents with full text. Thanks to OCR, you can search for any word in the document and also mark and copy text from documents. Searched terms are highlighted in the document, so you can find the information even faster.
Tip: With BASIC and SMART you can even download PDFs with full text.

Our AI analyses your documents and recognises important information automatically. The sender, date, invoice amount or IBAN and much more are recognised automatically. Of course, the AI also recognises the type of document.

Based on the recognised metadata, our AI automatically names the document with a meaningful title. In this way, you can recognise directly from the name which document it is.

Simple tags instead of complex folder structures help you to sort and find your documents. fileee even sets the first tags automatically. Of course, you can also add your own tags and assign several tags to a document to bring even more structure to your documents.
