Farewell to the fileeeBox set: an era comes to an end

2023 was a really eventful year for fileee. We launched two great features for business customers in particular this year, making our DMS even more attractive in the business market. But of course, we also worked hard in 2023 to make working with fileee even easier and also tweaked the intuitive UI. We now have a total of around 260,000 users on our platform.

At the end of the year, DATEV discontinued its own DATEV DMS Classic service. All users must switch to another DMS alternative by the deadline of 31.12.23. You can find out the best way to switch and what you need to ensure that your documents and invoices continue to be managed in a legally compliant manner in our blog post.

Save time now: With our Business Automation feature, you can automate manual work processes in fileee with just a few clicks! In our release notes, you'll find everything you need to know about the new Business PROFESSIONAL feature, including a few common use cases - for an easy introduction to workflow automation with fileee.

What's new with fileee? We listened to your wishes: Our new tax feature allows you to export your documents to different accounting software with two clicks - including document type matching and multi-client capability! This way you can still manage all your documents in one place in fileee, but comfortably work together with your tax advisor. With the accounting interfaces to DATEV, Agenda and lexoffice, exporting documents is easier and faster than ever.

With the new business tariffs from fileee, working in a team is now even easier. This is mainly due to the new fileee Teams feature. fileee Teams is included as a feature in all business tariffs from fileee PREMIUM. As of today, the new fileee business tariffs are available with which you can create a better networked working environment in your company, association or even in your self-employment.

At some point, everything comes to an end and so we have decided to discontinue the fileeeBox set. As our stocks are running low and a new edition would involve disproportionately high costs, we prefer to concentrate on our core business: a simple, smart and intuitive DMS. The fileeeBox will remain available and can be used as usual to store your documents.

Searching is now even easier: with the latest app update, we have upgraded the filters in the mobile app so that you now have the same flexibility as in the web application. Mobile working with our accounting software interfaces for DATEV, lexoffice, Agenda and SevDesk now also works from anywhere. All information as always in our release notes.

fileee has spruced itself up: We have worked on our user interface and especially in the mobile app we have delivered a lot. Our new document view makes it even easier for you to manage your documents. Also in the web app we have a small update for the to-do list. Never sort receipts or invoices again. fileee and GetmyInvoices have been pursuing this goal for years. We are all the more pleased that GetmyInvoices is now a cooperation partner of fileee. By synchronising fileee and GetmyInvoices, you can automatically import invoices from 10,000 online portals into your fileee app and save yourself the hassle of logging into different portals. Starting today, fileee customers can use GetMyInvoices for 4 weeks free of charge.
