At some point, everything comes to an end and so we have decided to discontinue the fileeeBox set. As our stocks are running low and a new edition would involve disproportionately high costs, we prefer to concentrate on our core business: a simple, smart and intuitive DMS. The fileeeBox will remain available and can be used as usual to store your documents.
For those of you who are not familiar with the fileeeBox set: The set consists of the fileeeBox and a foldable scan attachment for perfect illumination of your mobile scans. With this attachment, you can position your cell phone perfectly to scan documents before placing them in the box. We developed the fileeeSet in 2015 with the fileeeBox and have sold a six-figure number of them since 2016 to make mobile scanning easier for you. Together with partners, we have launched various versions on the market and, thanks to this eye-catcher, we have struck up conversations with many of you at trade fairs.

When we developed the set in 2015, cell phone cameras were not what they are today. Good scans that could be read perfectly by OCR recognition required good lighting and a steady hand. This is no longer the case with the advances in technology. The proportion of digital mail has also decreased since the introduction of the set - not every letter needs to be scanned anymore, many documents can already be retrieved online and imported directly into your fileee account. For all paper documents, however, you still have the fileeeBox to store them quickly and in a space-saving way. You will only have to do without the scan attachment compatible with the box in the future.
Our stocks of the fileeeBox set are now almost exhausted, so a new edition of the set makes little sense at the moment. We would therefore like to concentrate more on our core competence again: the development and improvement of our document management software.
It is particularly important for us to emphasize that the fileeeBox is still available and that the DIY versions will remain. You can use them to store your documents without any restrictions. The fileeeBox still offers you an optimal solution for storing your important documents securely and in an organized manner.
We know that many of you have appreciated the scan attachment. That's why we are currently working on finding DIY options for a scan attachment. When we have found a suitable option for the fileeeBox, we will of course let you know immediately. Until then, our team is working on more or less valid options ...

With this decision, we can concentrate even more on the further development of our DMS software and thus offer you the best possible solution for your document management.
