In addition to more document quota, you receive many relevant business functions in the business plans. Among other things, we exclusively provide the Teams functionality with extensive rights management for collaboration in your company. Other relevant functions include support for audit-proof storage in accordance with GOBD guidelines, export to accounting software and, soon, automation.

The fileee private rates are not allowed for business use! If you use a fileee private tariff for business, you must change your account. If you already have a current subscription, this will of course be offset against the new business subscription. You can find out more about the changeover here →

IMPORTANT is that you cannot return from a business account to a private account. Alternatively, you can create a new fileee account with a business email address.

Unlike fileee Spaces, fileee Teams allows you to work on documents and complete tasks together with other team members. In addition, the owner of the uploaded documents is the team and not the person who uploaded the document, as is the case with fileee Spaces. In addition, the team has extensive role and rights management to manage access in the best possible way. Each employee has their own access and can also use the mobile fileee app to access documents

You can add as many team members from your company as VIEWER (can see documents) in fileee. As soon as a team member should be able to edit documents, you have to add this team member as MEMBER and pay a monthly fee of 9,99€. You can add and remove MEMBER at any time and cancel monthly. The monthly payment will be adjusted accordingly.

A payment by direct debit is possible via Paypal. Select Paypal in the checkout and pay without Paypal account still very simple by direct debit. More about this here→
