fileee has spruced itself up: We have worked on our user interface and especially in the mobile app we have delivered a lot. Our new document view makes it even easier for you to manage your documents. Also in the web app we have a small update for the to-do list. As always, you can find all the changes in our release notes.
In general, we have cleaned up the document view and made it clearer. With the new view, you now have all important actions for documents immediately available. The important button for archiving can now be found in the first place directly at the top. We've also added actions that were previously only available in the web application, such as audit-proof filing for business customers or the expiration date - and if you swipe to the left, you'll see more actions depending on the document type. With the uniform color scheme of the buttons and the new sections, the new view is now much calmer and clearer. Another new feature is the document history, which you can now also view in the mobile app (from SMART/PREMIUM). This way you can track all changes to the document very quickly.
The overlay with the document's metadata can now be opened across the entire screen, providing even more space for data entry in all views. However, it can still be centered so that you can search for content in the document. Instead, you can drag the document larger and now even zoom into the document during data entry to track information. In addition, we have transferred many old views to the new design, such as the tags, the contact overview or the date selection. With input fields highlighted in gray, text input is now even clearer and more pleasant. In some places there are also new possibilities in the handling: Instead of the calendar wheel you now have for example a clearer calendar sheet with weekdays for the selection of the exhibition date, it is now possible to add several tags at the same time, and much more.

There have also been some changes in our web application. Of course, we have also adapted our colors there and start with a fresher green in the summer. But also a few new functions have been added.
So now you can unfold the menu and keep it unfolded instead of just hovering over it to make navigation easier.
For managing tasks, we have added new time periods for filtering. While before you could only choose to filter tasks by overdue, pending and done, now you can apply multiple filters: Due period (today, next 7 days, soon, overdue) and by done or not done. Also the new calendar view allows you to see directly when which task is due.
For fileee Business customers, the filter for responsible persons is also new, so that you can now filter out only tasks assigned to you or filter by other responsibilities.
In a few days, with our next release, the new tax software interfaces for business customers will arrive; for export to accounting software, for example, we have introduced the possibility for assignment rules for automated document types.
