For almost a year now, we have been revolutionising communication with sales partners together with DEVK. Thanks to the DEAS Mobile Scan App from DEVK by fileee, sales partners can now communicate with DEVK easily, quickly and securely, and without paperwork. But that is not all. In summer 2020, fileee and DEVK will add further significant features.
As a sales partner, smooth communication between customers and office staff is of utmost importance. To simplify this process, we at fileee have developed the right solution. Last year, for example, DEVK's DEAS Mobile Scan App went live. Sales partners can forward documents and customer information directly to DEVK. After the sales partner has scanned the QR code of the respective customer transaction, a window opens in the DEAS app. This window is a kind of "transaction chat" that shows the sales partner which documents and information are needed from the customer. Once this information is available to the sales partner, the documents can be scanned in the DEAS app and forwarded to DEVK. In this way, sales partner communication is digitalised simply and securely.

In summer 2020, we will add an important feature together with DEVK: in future, end customers will also have the option of adding documents to the process using their own end devices. End customers will then be able to provide their documents independently to their sales partner and DEVK via a link. This makes every insurance process simple, transparent and paperless.
