What's new with fileee? We listened to your wishes: Our new tax feature allows you to export your documents to different accounting software with two clicks - including document type matching and multi-client capability! This way you can still manage all your documents in one place in fileee, but comfortably work together with your tax advisor. With the accounting interfaces to DATEV, Agenda and lexoffice, exporting documents is easier and faster than ever.
With our new update for business tariffs, you can now export your documents directly to various accounting software with just a few clicks. Currently we support DATEV, Agenda and lexoffice - but we are working on connecting other interfaces (such as SevDesk). This will make the digital exchange between you and your tax advisor even easier.
With this update, you can define document types in the settings of the linked accounting services, which are automatically passed on to the software during export. Using the configurable assignment rules, you can define which conditions must be met for a document to be automatically assigned a specific document type. For example, you can define all documents that have your company as the addressee and the document type Invoice as the document type "Incoming invoice". This way, the document is directly transferred to your accounting software with the correct type.
PROFESSIONAL and ENTERPRISE customers of fileee can now export multiple documents at once in addition to the simple export at the single document via the document view. For example, you can export all tax-relevant documents together to your accounting software once a week or month.
To simplify the export of your documents to the accounting software, you can use the new filter function.
You can also select a specific date range, for example, if you only want to export accounting-related documents once a month or once a week. After narrowing down the relevant documents via the filters, you can select all documents at once and then export them easily.
PROFESSIONAL and ENTERPRISE customers of fileee can not only export multiple documents at the same time, but also link different numbers of interfaces depending on the tariff. With the new update, you can now connect several accounting accounts to one fileee account and thus record several clients. For example, you simply connect several DATEV accounts to your fileee account in order to export documents to the various, independent accounting accounts. Nevertheless, you still have all your tax-relevant documents and all other company-relevant documents such as contracts and employee records in one place, in your simple and secure DMS: fileee.
The new control interface feature was one of the most complex we have implemented at fileee so far and is now in the BETA phase.
