Easy onboarding, fast and simple via all channels

You can invite your customers to the ePostbox via email, QR code or even WhatsApp, for example. Your customer confirms the digital exchange and can now access your ePostbox via a web app or the fileee app.

Secure identification

Several identification methods are offered: by tan, via specific data such as date of birth or a comprehensive registration by online verification of the ID card with Nect. A seamless digital experience for your customer.

The customer simply receives documents from your company in the fileee app or in a web app, which are then automatically managed in a digital filing system.

Delivery with notification by e-mail and push

Your customers receive a notification of the received documents by e-mail and on their smartphone as a push message. This way, the customer is directly informed as soon as you have made a new document available.

Enquiries via ThinkOwl

You can optionally enable your customers to make enquiries by adding ThinkOwl to your ePostbox for your employees. This gives the customer a direct line to your company.
