Step by step through the application

The application assistant offers a secure, personal data room in which all personal information is stored. this data is accessed during the application process. With a document checklist, you provide your client with an ideal tool to check which documents they may still need to submit in order to complete the application process. A clear timeline gives you and your client a perspective on the progress of the process and how you are moving towards the goal together.

Final review of the application

Once all data has been entered and all documents uploaded, the application is finally checked and submitted to the appropriate case worker for processing. If there are any queries, they can be submitted directly via the integrated messenger. Various options are available to conclude the contract in a legally secure manner. For example, Selfi-Ident via nect, the Bank-Ident or Video-Ident procedure. After this step, the application can be transferred to the system and executed.
