Senior Performance Marketing Manager / SEA (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Manage campaigns: Create engaging B2B ads together with our content team for our entire group of companies, plan targeted campaigns and customize them to achieve desired results.
• You test: You continuously conduct A/B tests to optimize ads and landing pages. Use the insights gained to improve the conversion rate
• You manage: Coordinate the collaboration with our agency and keep an eye on expenditure. Optimize expenses to work efficiently within the budget.
• You analyze and report: Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and create regular reports. Improve campaigns based on insights to achieve goals.
• You keep your finger on the pulse: stay up to date with the latest developments in SEA and integrate innovative approaches into our strategies.

What you bring with you

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing for the software sector
• Relevant experience in SEA with the Google Suite, in setting up and maintaining tracking and in data analysis
• Experience with other online marketing tools such as Facebook Business Manager
• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Initiative and flexibility
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
