Performance Marketing Manager / Social Media (m/f/d)

Your tasks

You develop social media strategies: Design effective social media strategies together with our content team for our entire group of companies to strengthen our presence on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and reach our target groups.
You create and optimize ads: Create engaging ad content (copy, creative), test different approaches and continuously optimize to achieve maximum results.
You coordinate: You coordinate your campaigns with the marketing team in order to achieve optimum success together.
You analyze target group behavior: Use analysis tools to understand the behavior of different target groups. Adapt your approaches to B2C and B2B to increase engagement and conversions.

You keep your finger on the pulse: stay up to date with the latest developments in social media marketing and integrate innovative approaches into our strategies.

What you bring with you

Completed training, studies or professional experience in the field of social media marketing, performance marketing or similar
Experience with online marketing tools, especially Facebook Business Manager, as well as in setting up and maintaining tracking and in data analysis
Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking

Implementing creative ideas in a targeted manner
Initiative and flexibility
Good written and spoken German and English skills

Not a must, but a plus:

Knowledge of the Adobe suite and video creation and editing
Experience with Hubspot and Mixpanel
