Organisation and the eternal problem of time...

In the rush, documents are quickly filed away somewhere, because the main thing is that they are gone for the time being. But we don't lose the important documents; in most cases they are available at home, even if they are sometimes difficult to find. Life goes on as normal until we need one of these documents. For Tobias, there is no big sorting after the long work. But the search is still on... A lot of stress takes its toll on all of us. Especially when you have just started a new job and the days are filled with work.

Paper mountain

Tobias took a new job in a new city. So at short notice, all the things were packed up and the move to the new city began. However, it turned out differently than he had hoped, because the new flat is not ideal and the way to work takes too long. At least his new job fulfils him, even if it means a lot of stress for him.

At the beginning, he was able to cope with the stress, but after 2 months, the first signs that the stress was having a negative effect on his health began to appear. Tobias does not feel well and has to go to the doctor. The blood test shows that there are problems that require further tests - sonography and CT scan. Expensive procedures that are fortunately covered by his private insurance. After the happy feedback that everything is fine with Tobias except for the stress, he feels considerably relieved. If he shifts down a gear, then he need not worry any further.

But still, the work has to go on - and on the side, the paperwork with the insurance company has to be cleared up. The documents have to be scanned, filled out, signed and sent to the insurance company. Due to the change of job, there are also countless other documents that absolutely have to be sent along. But when does he find the time to work on them? If there were a way to easily collect all the documents and share them with the necessary people, life would be much easier.

"Yes, we were lucky that nothing happened to us," says CTO and fileee founder Arne, who witnessed the crash.
