We often only notice that some documents are incredibly important when we need them. And especially when time is short, long searches can be extremely nerve-wracking! Tobias wants to apply for a semester abroad as part of the Erasmus programme. The end of the application deadline is getting closer and closer and now Tobias notices: He is still missing important documents...We all know fixed deadlines. And we know how annoying it can be when we can't meet them.
Tobias really wants to spend a semester at a partner university in his dream country, Sweden. He receives an overview from his university that tells him which documents he has to submit for the application and when. School leaving certificate, letter of motivation, curriculum vitae etc. All doable, he thinks to himself. And at least he still has until the end of the month to send the first documents to the university. Suddenly there are only three days left until the deadline and Tobias has completely forgotten to take care of his documents.
No one reminded him and now he has to see how he can quickly get the necessary documents. To make matters worse, he discovers that his school leaving certificate is still in a folder at his parents' house. He also has to look for the other documents and time is running out! If only he had been reminded in time, then his dream of Sweden would not be in danger!
