Everywhere some kind of documents have to be submitted: CVs, certificates, receipts, etc. We try to hand everything in on time, but sometimes a document gets forgotten. Tobias has applied for a traineeship at his dream company. The internship would secure him exactly the foot in the door he needs to be able to count on a job later on. He has painstakingly gathered all the documents that were required. Now it's time to wait and Tobias relaxes with his friends on the train ride to the European Football Championship in Poland.
His mobile rings and he recognises the number of his hopefully future employer. This could be the invitation to the job interview! It is indeed someone from the personnel department. His application documents have arrived and the personnel manager really liked them. Tobias thinks he has secured the internship. But then comes the famous snag: Unfortunately, his language certificate is still missing. In order to take up the job, he has to prove his English language skills. Tobias is told that the certificate can be submitted by tomorrow. He hangs up and is happy - until he remembers that he's on the train and can't just send around any documents now. It simply can't fail because of that, Tobias thinks. If he goes back now, he'll miss the next game and he doesn't know for sure whether he'll be home in time.
