This month, we have been working on a new feature that allows you to communicate securely and more easily with companies. In addition to this feature, we have optimised our process for improving analysis and completed our server move.
With the new feature of the fileee app, you can now communicate with companies directly in the app, send in documents, change contracts and clarify all your concerns in the app itself. What has changed? In order to get in touch with companies, you as a user were previously dependent on being invited into a conversation by the company itself. With the new feature, this is no longer necessary for some companies. To do this, select the relevant company profile in your contacts and click on "Start conversation". The feature allows you to manage your communication directly, quickly and securely in your fileee app. This way, all companies relevant to you will gradually be found in your digital filing system - without the need to constantly log in to countless portals.
Tip: You want to have a company you communicate with regularly in your fileee account? Write to us or contact your contact person at the company directly and we will work on a partnership to make communication even easier for you.
Our artificial intelligence (AI) is constantly learning. However, it can happen that the AI's document analysis does not extract all the information from your documents. Therefore, we have created a way to further optimise our AI with the analysis improvement feature. However, this would not be possible without your commitment. We have therefore aligned our internal processes so that you are more involved in the analysis improvement. If you send in an incorrect document, you will now receive feedback on your document from our colleagues. This way, you will always be up to date on your submitted documents and know exactly how your document improves our AI.
The server move to the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC) is officially complete. After months of work, all services are now safely housed on our new servers. Synchronisation with other services has become more stable and your documents are now processed faster. Searching your documents has also been stabilised and is faster than ever before. The improvements apply to both the web app and the mobile app. We thank you for your patience.
Among other bug fixes, we have improved our user interface. We have improved the document overview for the iOS app and also fixed the errors during the deletion of documents. When linking your Gmail account to fileee, you receive an error message from Google that fileee is not a verified app. This information is incorrect and is due to a larger issue we are working on. We assure you that fileee is a verified app that does not pose a security risk. You can link your Gmail account to fileee as a no-brainer. To keep you up to date, an information window will now appear when you link your fileee account to Gmail. There you will find out everything about the incorrect message and will be brought up to date.
