All documents uploaded to fileee are processed using our artificial intelligence (AI). In the process, some information may remain unidentified. So this month, we have taken care of our AI and optimised the processes around analysis improvement. Security is very important to us at fileee. So your documents are encrypted at all times and only you can access them. What does this have to do with our AI? If the AI does not recognise information from your documents, we can only optimise the AI if you send in the document. By sending it in, you give us access to your document and we can show our AI what information it should recognise from this type of document.
The AI of fileee recognises all texts contained in the documents and extracts the most important information. It supports 10 document types so far. With your help, however, the AI can become even more accurate.
The whole thing works like this: If you have uploaded a document and not all of the information has been recognised, click on the blue "Analysis improvement" icon. A window will appear where you can describe the exact problem and send the document to our fileee staff.
Once the document has been received, we at fileee look at your document and show the AI what information it should recognise in this type of document. The more documents you send for analysis enhancement, the more intelligent fileee's AI becomes. In this video, we have explained the analysis enhancement in more detail. As a thank you, we give you an additional bonus document for each document that finds its way into the analysis enhancement.

Those who have already sent in a document for analysis improvement have so far remained in the dark about whether and how we could use the document to optimise our AI. In order to give you more clarity about how your document helps our artificial intelligence to learn, you will now receive feedback on your faulty document within 48 hours. This will tell you exactly how your document helped us to optimise the AI for future documents. There have also been some changes in the web app. We have improved the user interface for changing data and ironed out translation errors. The most significant improvement in June concerns the search function of the web app. From now on, if you search for certain documents in your fileee account, you can not only filter by this year's date, but also by any date from previous years. Whether old or new documents - from now on, searching and finding your documents will be child's play.
