What's new with fileee? We have improved the document view for you. The toolbar has been extended and has found a new place, document information can now be edited more quickly and the flow for editing documents has also been adapted.
With the new document view, we have moved the toolbar to the side. The function icons Share, Analysis Improvement, fileeeBox and Tasks remain and are supplemented by the functions to move the document back to the dashboard or to archive it, to change the expiry date or to delete the document. These functions are now directly selectable.
With the new update, document information can now be edited even more quickly and easily. As before, you can edit all the information in your document that has been evaluated by the analysis. The editable elements are now easier to see. We have made the edit functions more intuitive and added pen editing . With this update, you can now edit contacts more specifically and quickly. When you move the mouse over the contacts, the option to swap sender and recipient now appears directly. You can also edit the contacts directly here.
Another new feature is that you can change the shared status in this view. Under Edit , the document can now be shared further - with a contact, via a fileeeSpace or as a link - or remove sharing for the document. As in our example here, we could remove the document directly from the space "Incoming Invoice" without going directly into the space, although we would also have the option to visit the space in which the document was shared directly from this view. It is now also possible to place the document in another fileeeBox directly from the document view. For this purpose, we have created a new and more user-friendly design with which all existing fileeeBoxes can be seen directly. This way, a document can be moved quickly and easily. But remember to also move the original paper document! The document is not in a box? In this view it is also possible to determine that no fileeeBox should be used for the respective document. This is one way to remove a document from a fileeeBox.
With all the changes, the possibility of viewing the digital fileeeBox directly from the open document remains. So everything in one place!
We have also changed the look to make editing individual pages clearer. You will now find the individual modes directly above the document. To edit a page, first select the edit page icon, then the corresponding pages to be edited. In addition to the functions Rotate, Extract, Delete and Sort , even more functions will soon be visible here.
