What's new with fileee? In our update for October, we have provided even more clarity. The document overview now also shows you the tags you have assigned, we have added a zoom function and we have a new service: You can now connect OneDrive with fileee.
Our connected services are now joined by Microsoft OneDrive. Many of you have asked us for this file hosting service and now it is here. This gives you more options for uploading your documents and makes you more flexible. You can now also find OneDrive in the web app under Connected Services.
Setting up OneDrive is very simple: After clicking on Set up, OneDrive asks you to confirm permissions so that fileee can synchronise the documents. You are then redirected back to fileee. Now you can select the desired folders to be synchronised with fileee. Documents that are not assigned to a folder in OneDrive cannot be synchronised.
Our zoom function in fileee is also brand new. We recently added functions for editing individual pages in the web app. The new zoom functions round off the new document view. From now on, you can display open documents in a customised way.
For example, if you have documents with several pages, you can use the zoom function to display all pages at a glance. If you need detailed information, you can adjust the page width to fit the screen and see the desired information immediately.
For more clarity we have renewed the detailed view and added tags. In addition to the detailed view, fileee also offers the large view and the standard view. More about these options and the document overview can be found in our help centre.
The new detail view contains all detailed information such as number of pages, upload date, how the document was shared and from now on also which tags were assigned to the respective document. In addition, the respective document is displayed somewhat larger and the detailed information has been rearranged for clarity. So you can find everything directly at a glance.
From now on, it is possible to easily switch from a monthly payment variant to the annual variant in the account settings under Change tariff. This saves you up to 20% compared to a monthly subscription. You can find the new setting in the account settings .
You can change to an annual payment method at any time. The changes will take effect immediately and any partial rates will be applied to the new month.
You can now see the listing of your fileeeBoxes in the new design. The fill level is easier to see next to the colour bar and we have added the number of pages. So you can see directly how full your fileeeBox is and how many pages you have left until the fileeeBox is full. A fileeeBox holds about 600 pages. You can find out more about the fileeeBox here. You can also view the fileeeBoxes sorted in alphabetical order, by box number or last used.
