Claudia Hönig originally comes from the fields of law, taxes and marketing. In 2005, she founded Management Consulting for Healing Professions with the desire to support those who help others get and stay healthy. They have since grown to over 1400 clients. Digitization for the accountant's heart

As a trained accountant, Claudia Hönig actually feels comfortable in the paper world with the Leitz folders full of documents, but at the latest since the Corona lockdowns and home office, the advancing digitalization could no longer be denied. The topic of accounting also concerns many of her clients, so Claudia went in search of an intuitive solution that she could not only use herself for her business consulting, but also recommend to her clients with a clear conscience. In order to do the bookkeeping remotely together, Claudia has specially founded the bookkeeping club for health professionals.

The challenge

The analog document exchange with her colleague proved difficult during the lockdowns in the home office. Claudia tested two digital DMS alternatives, but gave up hours later in frustration because they were far too complicated. The search was on for a DMS solution that would enable digital work, allowing document exchange within the team and with the tax advisor, while allowing Claudia to retain document sovereignty over her originals. When Claudia discovered fileee by chance, she understood the intuitive UI half an hour later.

The solution

With fileee, Claudia now manages all her documents - both private and business - digitally. She uses the various import paths such as email forwarding or fileeeBox, but especially the automatic synchronization with her cloud provider. Sort, she has created a digital version of the Leitz folders in terms of balance sheet accounting, which is also mapped in the DMS in fileee Spaces. For example, Claudia can conveniently share the fileee Space for tax with her tax advisor instead of sending the commuting folder on its way.

I can just search for words or amounts using the full text search - it works 100 percent of the time. So I've saved myself the work of tagging because fileee does that automatically for me."
