New integrations at fileee: Digital sales slips with anybill and epap

Due to the obligation to issue receipts introduced in 2020, retailers have to issue a receipt or till receipt. We as customers still do not have to accept these, but this creates a lot of avoidable waste. Those who would like to say goodbye to the crumpled receipts in their wallets and at the same time do something for the environment can now access the sustainable and digital variants of anybill and epap.

Since we have also been fighting paperwork for a long time and would like to do without paper in the long term, we have sat down with epap and anybill and integrated them into our fileee app as of today. This way, you can not only digitise your receipts, but also save them directly, sort them and share them with your tax advisor in your fileeeSpace. This way you can keep track of your expenses and never lose important receipts again.

anybill and ePap are both apps with which you can digitise already printed receipts, but also receive them digitally at the checkout. To do this, simply hold the QR code contained in the app over the scanner and the cash register will automatically recognise which app it is and in the next step you will have the receipt digitally in the app. Check out anybill and epap to see which shops and POS systems are already participating.

Sustainability and receipt

The two integrations do not simply save paper, but in particular the environmentally harmful thermal paper, which now does not even have to be dismantled. anybill and epap even go one step further. Both apps are committed to environmental protection.

With anybill, "for saved receipts (...) trees are planted worldwide together with the Trillion Tree Campaign". In addition, you can track your own activity via the tree tracker in the app. epap donates part of the turnover directly to the reforestation of the rainforest. And you, the user, choose your favourite project where the money should go.

Sobald Du die App im App Store oder Google Playstore heruntergeladen hast, kannst Du direkt loslegen und Dir einen Account erstellen. Unter “Mehr” und “weitere Features” findest Du dann fileee. Hier kannst Du dann direkt auf “Account verknüpfen” klicken. Danach gibst Du noch Deine fileee-Daten ein bist verknüpft. Von nun an kannst Du jeden Kassenzettel, den Du mit anybill einscannst direkt bei fileee hochladen und hast so alles auf einen Blick. Gleichzeitig hat anybill in die App noch weitere Features eingebaut, wie den Ausgaben-Manager oder den Garantie-Tracker.

This is how the link with epap works

You can also download epap directly from the App Store or Google Play Store. You can use the app as a guest account with a registration or without entering an email address. You will find "Links" under your profile and fileee directly behind it. Under "Connect" you will be redirected to your fileee login and complete the link here. Then you can start right away and forward all your receipts from epap to fileee. In addition to your digital receipts, epap offers you an integrated budget book.

Hier eine kleine Rechnung von uns, die aufzeigen soll wie nachhaltig ein digitales Ablagesystem sein kann: Laut einem Beitrag des ZDF der durchschnittliche Deutsche verbraucht jährlich ca. 3.000m2 Papier. Hierzu zählen Briefe, Verträge, Kartons und seit Anfang 2020 auch Kassenbons. Wir bei fileee verarbeiten jährlich 1.500.000 Dokumente, die unsere User hochladen und sparen somit 7.922,5 kg CO2 ein.Hier ein Vergleich: wie das Online-Portal CO2-Online berichtet, stößt ein durchschnittliches Auto, welches durch Benzin betrieben wird, pro 100 Kilometer ca. 2,35 kg CO2 aus. Verrechnet man die CO2-Einsparung von fileee, könnte man mit einem regulären Benziner ca. 43.200 km weit fahren. Man könnte 1 mal um die gesamte Welt oder 3 mal die Strecke von Berlin bis nach Sydney mit dem Auto fahren.Für 2020 werden diese Zahlen vermutlich steigen. Die Bundesregierung hat beschlossen eine Kassenbonpflicht einzuführen, weswegen Ihr selbst für ein einziges Brötchen bei Eurem Lieblingsbäcker einen Kassenbon bekommt. epap und anybill haben sich schon frühzeitig diesem Problem gestellt und eine Lösung entwickelt, wie Ihr schnell und einfach eure Kassenbons digitalisieren könnt und dafür keinen einzigen cm2 Papier verbraucht.
