As a rule, you will have your documents in your account within 3 days of receiving the shipment!
The packages
At the start, there are five different packages to choose from. From the XS package (25 pages) for €5.99 to the XL package for entire folders (up to 400 pages, €37.99), there is a suitable offer for everyone. The shipping costs are already included in the price. This means that we have been able to lower the prices considerably compared to the previous announcement in December.
Formats & Categories
Your documents are scanned with a resolution of 300 dpi. We scan all documents in formats ranging from A7 (74×105mm) to A3 (297×420 mm). Related documents, e.g. multi-page invoices, are combined into one PDF document. If your documents are already sorted by categories, e.g. "studies" or "finances", fileee takes over this classification and tags the documents accordingly. To do this, please place labelled separator sheets between the categories.

We realise the fileee scanning service in cooperation with our reliable cooperation partner, Office Data Service GmbH from Berlin, which has been a specialist in digitisation and scanning services for over 10 years. The highest level of data security is ensured throughout the entire scanning process. We have set up an FAQ on the subject of data protection. Do you still have questions?
