This way you can easily find documents and document details. We tell you how to get the most out of the fileee search function!
After you upload a document to fileee, fileee analyses your document to show you important information. This includes, for example, the document type, the sender, deadlines or a customer number. Based on the recognised information, fileee also creates a title for your document. Of course, you can also use the document information and the title to search for documents. For example, if you need your household insurance, you can enter "contract" in the search window. fileee will then show you all contracts.
Your laptop is broken and you're looking for the delivery and warranty certificate? Unfortunately, you don't remember where you ordered your laptop, only that it was last summer? Then the time-based limitation of the search will help you to find all documents from a certain period.
With the so-called tags (keywords) you can structure your documents even better. If fileee has not already suggested a tag automatically, these keywords can also be created and edited manually. For example, you can tag all papers that are necessary for the tax return with the tag "tax". You can tag your bank documents with "Finance" or "Bank". Even entire applications, such as the BAföG application, can be quickly collected in this way. By entering the searched tag in the search window, all documents tagged with this search word will appear.
The full text search is another feature that helps you with your search. fileee recognises the entire text of your documents. Enter a search word in the search window. fileee shows you all the documents that contain the word. Searching for the warranty certificate for your defective smartphone is child's play. Simply enter the model or the name of the shop in the search bar and you're done.
If the analysis recognises a sender, fileee creates a company profile and assigns the document to this company. This way you always have all the documents of a company or authority at hand. The search for documents can be limited to a specific company. Are you looking for the contracts of your Internet provider? Enter its name in the search window or click directly on the "Companies" tab. fileee will then show you all documents that have been assigned to this company.
