Whether you want to regularly make a local backup of all your documents or decide at some point to stop using fileee - your documents belong to you.
Therefore, as promised, we have now included a possibility to download all documents at once as an archive. With the new export function, you can also save your documents locally with just a few clicks. You can find detailed instructions here in our helpdesk.
In the future, the export function will of course be further expanded. Among other things, we want to make it possible to include certain meta-information in addition to the PDF. In this way, documents and the corresponding information from fileee could also be used in other DMS systems. For this, we still have to decide on a standard that is supported by as many other services as possible.
A possible future premium feature is that the PDFs can also be downloaded including the results of the OCR analysis. If you have already uploaded PDFs with OCR recognition, this is of course already the case.
