After the overview of telecommunication providers, we have therefore summarised for you how various online retailers provide the invoice or delivery note. Invoices and delivery notes are needed for all matters relating to guarantee, complaints or exchanges, e.g. if a gift is not to your liking or is defective. Outside of the Christmas season, invoices and delivery notes are relevant not only for exchanges and guarantees but also for possible manufacturer campaigns or for tax reasons.
In order to keep and manage the invoice and delivery note as conveniently as possible, it would be practical if they reached us digitally. Preferably by e-mail, of course. Our overview shows, however, that although traders sell online, they usually send the invoice by post.
