We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the users who took part in our Christmas survey. Like last year, we received a lot of helpful feedback, which we are incorporating into our planning and implementation for 2016.
The survey focused primarily on the premium accounts and corresponding premium functions planned for this year. We will definitely take your feedback on the pricing and see if we can change the conditions and prices a little ;)
Even though the fileeeBox was not part of the survey, there was justified criticism from you about the long delay. We ourselves are dissatisfied and would have preferred to start selling the boxes yesterday. The fileeeBox and the corresponding functions in the apps are ready and are already being used successfully by us internally. So far, however, we have not been able to reach an attractive and justifiable price with the possible manufacturers. This will be our focus in the coming weeks. We are also working on alternative distribution models. As soon as we can make a binding statement on the availability of the fileeeBox, we will do so on all channels.
Your feedback is not only welcome at Christmas, but all year round.
