Status update fileeeBox production and shipping end of October

We know that many of you are still waiting for your order. We apologise for the waiting time. We have started with the delivery as announced, but still had to struggle with a few teething problems. We have summarised more information about this here on our blog.

Please understand that we cannot give an exact date for your individual delivery. According to the manufacturer, all orders should be processed within the next 3 weeks. The shipment will be made in the order in which the order is received. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail with the option to track the shipment. The manufacturer has assured us that 300 orders will be shipped this week. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the speed on site and can only pass on the information we receive from the manufacturer.

Of course, everyone is still free to cancel their order. Of course, we hope that you can still hold out with us for the last few days on the home stretch.

We ourselves are not satisfied that the delivery is delayed so much due to several factors. Like the production, the commissioning and delivery of the boxes is also new territory for us as a start-up and therefore not without errors or misjudgements on our part. We would like to apologise again for the fact that many of you felt badly informed. We will now inform you every week via newsletter and social media how many orders have actually been shipped.

3 months PREMIUM for all customers

As promised, all customers will receive 3 months fileee PREMIUM for free. The conversion of your account to PREMIUM takes place automatically after the activation of the fileeeBox. All those who have already activated their box will also be converted by us shortly. So you don't have to worry about anything. The deactivation of Premium also takes place automatically after 3 months.

Since many have asked again: All documents that you scan and manage with the box are not affected by the monthly upload limit. For fileeeBox users, the monthly limit only affects purely digital uploads, i.e. documents that are already available in digital form (e.g. digital bank statements, digital invoices, etc.).
