First of all, thank you very much for your great support! 2016 was an exciting year for us. Just before Christmas, we would like to look back on 2016 with you and get your feedback.
This year, our apps have taken a giant step forward. All systems received a completely revised user interface in the summer, which also appears in a completely new design.
But a lot has also changed under the surface. The Android app has been completely redesigned and now works better than ever. The same applies to the web app, which is now based on a new system, which will make it easier for us to implement new functions for you in the future.
In addition to our apps, we have also completely redesigned our website.
At the same time, we have introduced fileee Premium and Professional. With Premium and Professional, you can upload significantly more documents per month, are prioritised in the analysis, can download your documents as PDFs with full text and also receive a strong discount on all fileeeBox products with the annual subscription. In the future, many more features will be added that will make your paperwork much easier. Premium and Professional are aimed primarily at the power users among you. For the average consumer, fileee will always remain free of charge.
Admittedly - that was a really difficult birth. The delivery of the box took far too long and we would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise to you!
Delivery was originally planned for the summer. Unfortunately, the sudden insolvency of our manufacturer threw a spanner in the works. Fortunately, we were still in talks with other manufacturers at the time and were thus able to ensure the production of the fileeeBox. Nevertheless, it took a long time from the start of production to the complete delivery. But we have learned from our mistakes and can now look forward full of experience.
In the meantime, the fileeeBox has received some minor improvements, such as a design adaptation or the revision of the magnetic construction on the underside of the scan attachment.
In the meantime, all orders have been processed and our warehouse is filled with new boxes. Around Christmas and New Year, we have started another discount campaign where you can save 10% on your entire order.
In the coming year, we would like to further improve our existing services. So there will be plenty of new functions and also some updates to the fileeeBox. In addition, we would like to give you a closer look behind the scenes of fileee and answer your questions more intensively. To this end, we launched the video podcast fileee live at the end of the year, which we will use to provide you with information in the future.
