First of all, thank you very much! We get a lot of good feedback and suggestions for improvement from you. This helps us a lot to further improve fileee according to your ideas. We have received a lot of requests, especially for fileee Premium and the fileeeBox. We have implemented some of them in the last few days. With the calendar integration, you can now easily synchronise your reminders from fileee with your calendar. Once set up, all reminders you create in the fileee app are automatically transferred to your preferred calendar app, including a link to the document in fileee. This way you always have all upcoming reminders at a glance. This feature works with any calendar that supports the iCal format.
Many of you have asked for the possibility to download a list of your documents. You can now export all the metadata of your documents (including sender, invoice date, invoice amount, etc.) as a table. CSV and XLSX are available as formats. To do this, simply open the filter function in the web app and select the documents that should appear in the list. Then click on the export button at the top right.
For some documents it is not necessary to keep them forever. Others should be deleted after a certain period of time for data protection reasons. Using the automatic expiry date, it is now possible to specify when certain documents are no longer needed and should be deleted automatically. To do this, either set a fixed deletion date for all documents in the settings of your account or individual dates for individual documents.
E-mails forwarded to your fileee e-mail address are automatically transferred to your fileee account. What is new is that you can now tag them directly in the email and assign them to a box. This works via the subject of the e-mail. For example, if you write #Tax in the subject, the tag Tax will be added to the document. With the term @box1, the document is automatically assigned to your first box. This function is available to all users.
