The decision to make e-invoicing mandatory from 2025 has made headlines. The e-invoice is intended to drive digitalization in Germany, standardize processes and prevent tax fraud. However, small and medium-sized companies in particular are facing a challenge with the introduction of e-invoicing.

2023 was a really eventful year for fileee. We launched two great features for business customers in particular this year, making our DMS even more attractive in the business market. At the end of the year, DATEV discontinued its own DATEV DMS Classic service. All users must switch to another DMS alternative by the deadline of 31.12.23.
