Some documents are always at hand. And very few people want to carry several thick folders with them at all times, especially since they don't always know where to find what.Tobias has been offered a place at university in Sweden and is looking forward to his time abroad. The university and his fellow students remind him what documents he needs to have with him in case of emergency. Insurance certificates, certificates, forms. We need everything. But something is quickly forgotten and the corresponding folder is far away! Tobias has to take care of a few things before he leaves: Health insurance abroad, liability insurance abroad, Erasmus forms and proof of services rendered. After a short time, everything is finally done! At first Tobias is relieved.
But what if he actually gets sick in Sweden? What if he has to submit something to his host university after all? So he has to take everything with him.
Space in the suitcase is limited and the departure to Sweden is already in a few days. Tobias has an idea: why not just take everything with him digitally? He looks at the mass of paper and knows that this would be feasible at most in a few night shifts on the computer. Because scanning, changing the format, naming and sorting - all that takes a lot of time! Yet he would rather spend his last days in Germany with his friends! He would prefer to simply hand the task over to someone else.
