fileee makes digital access to all your insurance documents possible. As of today, in addition to VGH and ÖVB, the digital mailboxes of ÖSA and Öffentliche Oldenburg can also be used. Via the ePostbox developed by fileee, the insurance companies will send you your documents automatically, digitally and securely. You no longer have to register in customer portals or scan your mail.
The basic prerequisite is that you are insured with one of the insurers mentioned. If your insurer is not yet listed, please be patient, more insurers will follow shortly ;)
You can use the ePostbox function either via the normal fileee apps or via the ePostbox apps, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Appstore and the Google Play Store or accessed via the insurer's website. The ePostfach apps contain all other fileee features in addition to the ePostfach function.
For security reasons, you must have the ePostbox function activated and authenticate yourself. This is done on site with your insurance advisor. After authentication and registration, you can log in and out of the app at any time and access your electronic insurance documents from anywhere.
You have become aware of the ePostfach and the corresponding apps via your insurer and do not know fileee yet? - fileee operates the ePostfach apps as an external provider. You are provided with a secure platform in which your documents can be stored. The service itself remains platform-independent. The standard functions of the fileee app are included and also allow you to upload your own documents independently. An additional storage space allows you to scan your own documents, such as invoices and rental agreements. The digitised documents are then stored securely in your personal cloud storage. In addition, the app and the fileeeBox make it easy for you to organise your documents. The fileee features, such as full-text search, tagging and independent fileee analysis, also relieve you of the task of sorting and retrieving your insurance documents. In addition to the scanner, you can also link your email account, Dropbox, Google Drive and many other services to have documents transferred automatically. Of course, you can also simply drag and drop documents into your account via the web app on your laptop or PC.
Only you, the user, have access to the ePostbox. Via email or push message, you are informed directly when new documents are received and can manage them immediately. You receive a fileee free account with the ePostbox or use your existing account. Users with the free account can add 15 documents to fileee every month for a lifetime. In addition, you have a free quota of 1000 documents in the first three months to upload your older documents for free. Your monthly upload limit can be increased by becoming a fileee Premium or Professional customer. You have complete control over your documents. Anything you delete will be permanently deleted and will not be stored by fileee or the insurance company. You also have the option of downloading and saving the documents you still need as PDFs. To make the process of digitising easier for you, we also offer the fileeeBox for your paper documents. The fileeeBox is a scanning device for your smartphone and at the same time helps you with the analogue filing of the scanned documents.
