Three weeks ago, we asked why certain mobile phone providers do not send bills by mail. As with previous enquiries, the providers don't want to answer or don't understand the problem (see Twitter conversation). The annoying retrieval of bills or other PDFs from customer centres also affects other sectors, including energy providers, insurance companies or online retailers. But we don't just want to grumble, we want to do something. In the long term, we want to make it easier for you to access bills and other documents from companies.
Until then, we would like to offer you an overview of how different companies provide bills and other documents. We'll start with the telecommunication providers - maybe you're about to change providers. Below you can see who also sends bills by e-mail or only provides them in the customer portal.
