As a small company with many projects, everyone has a lot to do. It is therefore all the more important that daily processes are effective and cost little time. Since we have set ourselves the goal with fileee of making it easier for others to work with paperwork, it is obvious that we also place a special focus on this internally. To create an insight into how fileee can be used in companies, we would like to briefly share our workflows here.

Through many small and large activities, people find their way better and better in their new home. In cooperation with the district of Dachau in Bavaria, we have developed the "integration passport" based on fileee. The integration passport helps organise documents in the integration process and offers discounts on cultural offers and regional shops through a voucher system.

Recently we have received a lot of feedback about the fileeeBox and fileee Premium. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for that! With the video podcast, we want to test a new possibility to talk to you more personally. In the future, we want to clarify the most important questions of the last few weeks, give you the latest updates on products and features and give you a look behind the scenes of fileee.

A few months ago, we already reported that we are developing new business areas with our partner and investor. Specifically, we want to simplify and revolutionise communication with companies. The focus is on fileee as a communication platform, especially the various company profiles that we currently maintain.fileee has now been awarded the "Insurance IT-Innovation Award" as a successful example of the digitalisation of the interface between customers and insurers. The Centre of Competence "Sourcing in the Financial Industry" of the Universities of Leipzig and St. Gallen awarded the innovative concept at the Business Engineering Forum in Zurich.Insurance companies try to digitally map their processes by operating online customer portals and their own apps. In practice, however, the acceptance of these portals by users is low. Complex authentication, a separate app for each provider, remembering access passwords: First and foremost, customer portals benefit insurance companies. They are not very convenient for the customer, but fileee aims to change that.

Here we go! As of today, we are launching fileee Premium with a completely new design. This means more documents and more features for you. As a premium customer, you can upload up to 200 documents per month, download your PDFs with full text, benefit from prioritised analysis and get a 15% discount on the fileeeBox. We are constantly expanding the Premium functions and look forward to your wishes and suggestions.
