After more than 10,000 boxes sold, we sat down again in the last few months, evaluated your feedback and can now present the completely improved fileeeBox and the new scan attachment.

fileee is the winner of the "We Do Digital" Award of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, presented at CEBIT 2018 by Digital Minister Dorothee Bär and DIHK Managing Director Dr Martin Wansleben. The award was presented by the Managing Director of the DIHK, Dr Martin Wansleben, at the closing ceremony at CEBIT. A total of over 300 companies from 166 cities in Germany took part.

On 25 May, the EU's new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force. The internet has been bombarded with information, details and precautionary measures for quite some time. The most important thing in advance is that the use of fileee and our new C2B platform is DSGVO-compliant. As a business customer, you can request a contract for commissioned data processing here.

The weekend before last, we were at the Talanx Hackathon as an API sponsor. We are thrilled by the many ingenious ideas that were developed in such a short time! 🤩👏🏼 120 hackers had 30 hours to develop an innovative idea in the areas of the working world of the future, mobility or voice recognition. The 23 prototypes were presented on Sunday evening and really blew us away. From automatic damage analysis to the intelligent coordination of caregivers to smart insurance advisors, there were some very exciting ideas.

As a small company with many projects, everyone has a lot to do. It is therefore all the more important that daily processes are effective and cost little time. Since we have set ourselves the goal with fileee of making it easier for others to work with paperwork, it is obvious that we also place a special focus on this internally. To create an insight into how fileee can be used in companies, we would like to briefly share our workflows here.

Through many small and large activities, people find their way better and better in their new home. In cooperation with the district of Dachau in Bavaria, we have developed the "integration passport" based on fileee. The integration passport helps organise documents in the integration process and offers discounts on cultural offers and regional shops through a voucher system.
