As a small company with many projects, everyone has a lot to do. It is therefore all the more important that daily processes are effective and cost little time. Since we have set ourselves the goal with fileee of making it easier for others to work with paperwork, it is obvious that we also place a special focus on this internally. To create an insight into how fileee can be used in companies, we would like to briefly share our workflows here.

Did you know that your employer can pay subsidies for your lunch? The federal government even supports companies in doing so. In this context, the state waives wage tax and social security contributions or levies a flat-rate tax. Didn't you know? That's probably because the whole process is quite time-consuming and your boss doesn't want to spend even more time on paperwork and processing.

Every now and then we are asked how fileee differs from other cloud providers. In this article, I would like to discuss the main differences. fileee naturally offers many functions that other cloud services also offer. For example, you can access your documents from anywhere, whether at home on your PC or on the go via your smartphone.

Currently, it is not yet possible to define your own document types. The problem here is that your own document types would then not be recognised by our intelligent analysis. Furthermore, with fileeeSpaces we want to soon offer a possibility to edit documents together. This would not be easy to implement with completely individual document types. In order to satisfy the desire for more document types anyway, we therefore want to expand the selection of document types. And for this we need your help. Take 3 minutes and tell us what you want!

Through many small and large activities, people find their way better and better in their new home. In cooperation with the district of Dachau in Bavaria, we have developed the "integration passport" based on fileee. The integration passport helps organise documents in the integration process and offers discounts on cultural offers and regional shops through a voucher system.
