Recently we have received a lot of feedback about the fileeeBox and fileee Premium. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for that! With the video podcast, we want to test a new possibility to talk to you more personally. In the future, we want to clarify the most important questions of the last few weeks, give you the latest updates on products and features and give you a look behind the scenes of fileee.

A few months ago, we already reported that we are developing new business areas with our partner and investor. Specifically, we want to simplify and revolutionise communication with companies. The focus is on fileee as a communication platform, especially the various company profiles that we currently maintain.fileee has now been awarded the "Insurance IT-Innovation Award" as a successful example of the digitalisation of the interface between customers and insurers. The Centre of Competence "Sourcing in the Financial Industry" of the Universities of Leipzig and St. Gallen awarded the innovative concept at the Business Engineering Forum in Zurich.Insurance companies try to digitally map their processes by operating online customer portals and their own apps. In practice, however, the acceptance of these portals by users is low. Complex authentication, a separate app for each provider, remembering access passwords: First and foremost, customer portals benefit insurance companies. They are not very convenient for the customer, but fileee aims to change that.

We know that many of you are still waiting for your order. We apologise for the waiting time. We have started with the delivery as announced, but still had to struggle with a few teething problems. We have summarised more information about this here on our blog.

This week we have received a lot of requests to send out the fileeeBox. Of course we understand that you are eagerly waiting for your order. Therefore, here is a summary of the state of affairs: We have started with the delivery as announced. However, our manufacturer can only prepare a limited number of packages for dispatch each day. Please understand that a shipping routine has to be established first. After initial difficulties, approx. 60 complete sets are now being prepared for dispatch and delivered daily.

Last week we visited our German manufacturer in Bavaria to deliver the ordered components. Along the way, we were able to look over the producer's shoulder during the first production steps:

As promised, we now want to provide you with more frequent updates on the progress of production.The good news in advance: we are very much on schedule for delivery in September.After we have already received fusers, NFC tags and instructions in the last few weeks, the rest of the electronics for your fileeeBoxes finally arrived yesterday. A whole 40 packages with power supplies, LED strips, sockets, cables and connectors. Now it's time to solder!
