Strengthened by gingerbread and speculoos, our developers have of course been working diligently on new features for you in December. For example, our search function is now even faster and offers many comfort improvements. In addition, corporate customers will in future have the opportunity to switch to a business account with some practical features.

The last few weeks we have been busy behind the scenes with copywriting, designing and programming and now it is ready: our new fileee website! But why does fileee need a new website at all? A lot has happened at fileee in the last few years and we have added many new functions and features, which we would like to present to you accordingly.

The search across all documents is one of the most important features of fileee. Using the search field, you can quickly and conveniently search all your documents in full text. We have now improved this feature even further: the search terms are now highlighted in yellow in the respective document so that you can find the required information or documents even faster. In this article, we also give you an exclusive preview of how we will further improve the search function in the coming months.

Every day, we at fileee receive suggestions and requests from you on how we can make fileee even better. One of the most frequent questions was whether fileee can also be secured with two-factor authentication. Since your feedback is extremely important to us at fileee, we have been working full steam ahead on implementing two-factor authentication over the last few months and are now happy to go live with it.

All documents uploaded to fileee are processed using our artificial intelligence (AI). In the process, some information may remain unidentified. So this month, we have taken care of our AI and optimised the processes around the analysis improvement.

We are constantly working on improving our app. Of course, we want to keep you as a user up to date. From now on, you can find out about new features, updates and app improvements here every month, so you are always up to date. This month, among other things, we have been working on a new feature that allows you to communicate securely and even more easily with companies.
